Founded more than 20 years ago in Sydney's inner West suburb of Marrickville, with not much more than a passion for food, cooking and bakery, today the kitchen is at the leading edge of commercial baking.
In 2017 the kitchen was relocated to new state of the art SQF certified facilities in Rockdale having outgrown the original premises.
The business remains 100% Australian, family owned and operated with the focus remaining on locally sourced ingredients, for locally had made products, delivered in commercially viable volume.
The unique nature of the business has proved to be in high demand where quality and product integrity is considered critical. The philosophy of the food produced has remained the same, good quality ingredients, no added preservatives and traditional bakery techniques.
Products have successfully been selected by industry authorities and leaders such as Neil Perry and Luke Mangan for business and first class services in flight for Qantas and Virgin Airlines.
Manna from Heaven is the food supplier with the longest continual service history for the iconic Qantas Airline, with products flying all over the world serving many millions of passengers a year!
Today products can be found in large QSR groups and many other food service operations, as such the capabilities are considered without competition in Australia.
