Manna From Heaven's kitchen is open seven days and customers can ring and order cakes and biscuits to be picked up between 10am and 3pm. Retail biscuits are available by mail, please phone, fax or email to order. Foodservice and wholesale customers can order direct from Manna or through one of our distributors. Click here for a list of distributors All Manna From Heaven's products are handmade in our kitchen in Sydney and all the recipes have been developed from scratch by Rachel Grisewood, our master baker. "In each recipe I try to add a little extra something that makes it unique. It’s the raw sugar sprinkled on the gypsy creams, the Heidi gruyere that makes the cheese and olive biscuits and it’s the big chunks of milk and dark chocolate that you can see and taste in our range of chocolate biscuits. Using quality ingredients makes good food. I love sourcing ingredients and building up relationships with suppliers to maintain a consistently good product. At Manna From Heaven I like to strive for the best in every way, including the people we employ. We make all our products by hand so all the hands that come to work at Manna are greatly valued. Each person is taught to make one biscuit or cake on a set day from weighing up all the ingredients, mixing, moulding, rolling, cutting and then cooking. In the final packing of the biscuits and cakes the name of the person who made them is printed on the box. This also acts as a batching system and provides quality assurance for our customers." |
